Guys, I'm as frustrated as anyone. The company has a PR problem, a big one. IMO, our time and energies would be better served innundating the company with calls, emails, letters, etc, demanding an answer to why they had a PR followed a few days later by a REGDEX filing. If you have found they have done anything illegal, pass it along to Vantillian. IF you need contact information PM me. I've sent Steve Carnes an email 3 days in a row with no answer. At one point I had over 3 million shares of ECFL and dumped them because I called and left the company 3 messages and to this date no one has returned my calls. The ticker has changed to MNTY and it seems like it may turn out to be a legitimate company. IMO, they foolishly think they can ignore the shareholders. I have even more of a stake in SHCM, substantially more. Keep the pressure on the company. Document any conversations and keep a file. IF they are legitimate then the PR will come and the stock will find its place. IF not, then I say let's pursue our options and see where that takes us. We're all in it together, so lets work together.
