MTE - telecom company in India. WSJ a week ago covered India as next 1B person economy (since China is a "bubble" market), and recommended looking at the Indian ADRs.

MTE tanked to support after that news came out, and has now rebounded higher. Seems to be in a channel with 8.00 resistance.

May be worth watching for a possible breakout. Watch for volume/institutions picking it up.

Revenues were strong last time they were announced.
