Mike, please spare me, the evidence is overwhelming. They just gave away 30% of your company for NOTHING. I am not misleading anyone, you and others are. Those are the facts and no matter what spin you put on it, the truth is the truth. The simple truth this company has lied, cheated, and misled shareholders from DAY 1. They have made millions and produced nothing.

These are proveable facts Mike, I reiterate proveable beyond a shadow of a doubt facts.

They stated in writting themselves, that basically because the way they have done business that they could be subject to lawsiuts.
