Correct me if I'm wrong ,
If the company were buying shares on the open market , aren't the guide lines as follows:

1) They can't buy the first or last hour of trading

2) They can buy at the bid


If this is true , then it would appear that it is the company buying shares.IMO

Look at the times of these blocks that hit and there always at the bid . Hmmmmmm
