drbio - Do you know why the current diagnostic method prevents dr's from seeing nodes and why neop's marker does not drift down to other nodes?

Also Bupp mentions a huge market. The current market being 40 million. Any ideas on the size of the market if colon cancer and other solid tumors like breast where added to the market. Are we talking billions or several hundred million?

I take it the thyroid functoin mentioned in the bio conf was due to current markers hurting the thyroid gland. Any ideas how bad of a problem this is?

Bopp mentions 20% occult tumor rate on 90% localized tumors. Any ideas on the success of the off label drugs. (are they radio isotopes?)
