SunOpta Holders to Offer 5.1M Shares

SunOpta Shareholders Will Sell 5.1 Million Shares
NEW YORK (AP) -- Toronto-based SunOpta Inc., which processes and produces organic foods, said Monday a group of shareholders will offer about 5.1 million shares, representing their entire stake in the company.
Based on the closing price of $14.26, that implies an offering worth about $72.4 million.
Stephen R. Bronfman, SRB Belvedere Trust and The Charles R. Bronfman Trust are selling the shares and SunOpta will not receive any proceeds.
BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the underwriter.
U.S.-listed shares fell 5 cents in Monday's trading.
