Except for the falling sky part.

The OTC market volume has been frying up over the last tow years, mostly do to huge abuses that pervade the entire industry, and brokerage reaction to the possibility ogf litigation arising out of same.

This will not correct itself overnight on the passage of this self-policing rule.

In the meantime I find there are plenty of fish to fry down here, many with good circumstances surrounding them.. low float story stocks. And, the market loves them.

As far as DLAV is concerned, it's a turnaround play being masterminded by someone you might consider doing a little DD on.
