I'm watching EDGAR daily this month.....hoping to see both a 10SB and 15C211. Then its up to the SEC to "bless" the filings. We'll know from the Dailies when/if we're golden, probably towards the end of the month, if all goes well

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
