CSTL was a gem -it had earnigns and was legitmately undervalued ..a lot of the crap that was running these past few days was garbage, low floats were the only reason...a stock doesnt pop just on low float - it has to have value (unless of course it is being pumped on mnessgaeboards all over the place)...cstl had a sweet chart but the run in it today was riduclous imo
