N MFS (.008) NATIONAL MEDICAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION. Koppenhaver shell? 41 million A/S Last sec filing was form 15-12g filed 11/16/98. Anyone have information on this one? I haven't found anything on ihub in relation to it either.

I don't remember seeing this company before when I've researched Koppenhaver shells on the Nevada SOS but here's the link:
