We don't know if PMCL is just a dormant ticker symbol that was hijacked by SATC so they could sell 25 million shares to the public after issuing false press releases.

Pharm Control Ltd is a registered company in Delaware and does have a web site where you can buy herbal supplements. That doesn't prove the company actually exists as we know it. SATC and Kron could have registered the company to make the press releases more believable.

We don't really know anything about Pharm Control Ltd.

Is Dr. Lee really the CEO of Pharm Control Ltd or did Eugene Kron and SATC create a fictional company so they could just sell shares to the public for cash ?

Have any shareholders been able to contact Pharm Control Ltd by phone, mail or email ?

Why hasn't Pharm Control Ltd issued a press release since May 25, 2007 ?

OSC and the DTCC halted trading of PMCL on May 22, 2007 when they became aware that the transfer agent was selling shares and possibly issuing false press releases.

We will have to see if a company actually emerges out of this mess. I think the web site was just put together by SATC and Eugene Kron to fool OSC.

I'm not selling my shares for 0.002.

I'll wait to see what happens.
