Why do you post here if you have no vested interest in the stock ?

I think you have an agenda. You want to pick up shares for $0.002.

OSC has set up disgorgement funds in the past. Take a look at the press releases.

I'm not telling anyone to hold their shares. If people sell now and take a loss, they will still be eligible for damages if OSC does set up a disgorgement fund. If SATC is attempting to buy back and return those 25 million shares, anyone who sells now is out of luck. If a real company emerges and puts out a PR, you will be able to sell at higher prices.

Everything that I have researched has been sent to OSC and the SEC. It is clear that the transfer agent printed and sold 25 million shares without authorization from the company. The evil-doers aren't even showing up at the hearings. It looks like PMCL and BHUB are the only parties that have lawyers showing up. I expect a news release next week to explain the outcome of Thursday's hearing and the date of the next hearing, if there is one. OSC appears to be behind on their news releases this week.
