Duke, indirectly, yes. Otellini was responsible for pushing the "right hand turn", which demanded energy efficient architectures (i.e. Conroe) to be added to the roadmap. And through his cost cutting measures and stock buybacks, Intel's shares are now worth a lot more to shareholders than ever before.
