Well, it seems that we have been doing fine without the ICEMAN thus far. I don't know what you mean by "connections", but unless ICEMAN has his foot in the door of big financiers/investment banks or with industry leaders who will help LNGT grow their revenue, then I don't know if he is really worth being paid 3.5mil shares.
