I don't think Gonzi meant to "collar" the pps, Just not the wild pumping that causes a LARGE runup like we had and then the slow retracement that leaves many new investors afraid and itching to sell out as soon as they get even. Many are not even sure about what they have gotten into they just know they are down alot of money.
The regular ups and downs are fine, it's just the ones that leave large gaps and big bags that aren't needed.
Battis and his crew have done wonderfully so far. IMO
The company and the pps are going to be wonderful also if given the time to mature in steps. Less chance to falter.
