Anyone else having trouble getting orders to go through because of crossed markets on a lot of Naz stocks? I've had a market order to sell AMCC open for about 20 minutes and Scottrade says it can't fill until the markets uncross. Full half the Naz stocks I'm watching show crossed markets.

Edit: For example, AMCC currently shows as 6.48x6.40 on Scottrader. SEPR is 41.56x41.38
