I agree Trade Swapper...my company does high tech aircraft modifications/integrations. In our hangars, we have controllable video cams set up. The primary purpose is for marketing and customer "warm fuzzies" to see their aircraft actively being worked on.
There is only so much bandwidth for these cameras, so I imagine that the Deep Water customer's were having a hard time getting on, as well as the PR/BD people when they show potential customers visual shots of the enterprise.
