If you think that insiders hold 4B shares, shouldn't there be some evidence? IR told us months ago:
"There is talk or open discussions is of managers or insiders buying as much as 1 billion shares. Some of these guys have that kind of money that is about $600,000 at today's close. So yes they are buying how much they bought so far I do not know but when they buy they get flagged and when they sell they have to file another doc."
What we do know is that, at one time, management held roughly 2B 144 shares. Garr said that he turned in his 144 shares, and we can only guess what happened to Richard's and Jack's shares. I doubt they are still holding, do you?
