S2 - your comments in your new chart are right on -
the reason MRVL held up for a longer period of time is b/c the earnings come out so late. They don't report on a traditional calendar year. So when TXN and BRCM got hit their earnings release MRVL got a pass.
The stock would have been hit no matter what b/c of the P/C ratio. However, a new multi yr low based on the improving fundamentals is not justified, know matter how much the bears want to complain about a 13 wk or 14 wk upcoming qtr or high R&D costs.
Non-GAAP was 14 cents a share, go back and see when the last time the co. put up numbers like that. The result $15 stock price - give me a break!!
