I understood perfectly well. My question was simply that if one can be set up in a short period of time, why has AMHD not set one up? AMHD has had a history of major claims and no performance. Guess that lack of performance among boundless claims was the rationale for the question. It is possible that CEO doesn't understand that claims must or should be buttressed by performance.
