Pretty much all good news yesterday IMO...

Yesterday in Court BESV was given confirmation and the green light for emergence BUT it is still contingent on the financing provided by the current $3M private placement offering.

A figure thrown at me was that almost $2.5M has been sold so far so that is good news as it is in the bank. Also, Eric McAfee signed a $4M note yesterday in Court to essentially guarantee the emergence which can happen anytime between now and the next Court date of 25Jan08.

The lawsuits all press on with full confidence.

I believe an 8K may be issued soon explaining and updating the current situation.
