Larry, note that on 2/4/03 sox stocks above 10 DMA dropped to 2, SNDK had a low of of $24.02, on 2/23 with that number at a minor local low of 7 (higher than early February), SNDK printed a new low of $23.48, as we all know, new lows, beget new lows, until they don't... your own corollary.
