I just finished listening to the Lazard CC and I am again very impressed by Dr. Cox as well as the potential of GTCB...

I actually listened to three Lazard CC's today, anmely DNDN, DSCO, and GTCB. DNDN was the usual boring Dr. Gold; DSCO's Capetola was good but the high risk there as a one-trick pony makes it a dangerous investment. As for GTCB, it seems to me that for the patient and risk-averse investor this is probably the best small biotech stock to own. We probably will not see sudden fireworks anytime soon, but the steady and methodical progress should translate in a share upside (SHOULD HAVE DONE SO ALREADY!!!)...

This last CC convinced me to hold on to my shares for the long haul irrespective of what the pps does during this tax-loss season. Personally, I think GTCB deserves currently at least double the valuation it has and maybe we will see that with the announcement of some new partnership in the near future...

What puzzles me most here is the fact that GTCB is still an independent company. I would think that its transgenic platform should have already made it a takeover candidate and I am surprised this has not happened as of yet...
