Maybe I just think of it differently than I should be, but if the ask is .0001, theer can never be a "bid" until all of the .0001s have been bought at the ask. then there can be a bid of .0001 when the ask moves to .0002.

How can one dilute if no one is willing to buy?

That's my only point.
