Any posibility of producing rec human hemoglobin in goat milk? will it fold? will the heme be oxidized? what is the oxidation state of milk compared to the inside of a red cell? What about myoglobin? would it be more stable than hemoglobin outside of red cell because of it's role in muscle? what if it were glycosylated by adding a glycosylation signal?
