My comments:
The following are facts (not opinion, not conjecture):
1. Sandy Winick has resigned as CEO, and will no longer respond to questions.
So what? It proves nothing but that he is going to do something else. It doesn't say he took the money. It doesn't say he holds no shares. It doesn't say he gave away shares that belong to BKMP holders. It doesn't even say he isn't getting more involved with the day to day operations of TFN. It just says he is gone.
2. The BKMP link to TFN's website has been disconnected.
I would like to hear an explanation of why myself. However, it does not say anything specific about anything.
3. Mr. Singjan is an unknown. All internet searches have turned up negative.
So what? BKMP is relatively unknown too. Do you think Warren Buffet knows about it? Why can't a businessman whose name hasn't been spewed all over the internet be President of BKMP. Anyone that has mutual fund experience could do it. Heck! I bet I could do it. I don't even know what you guys think the pres of BKMP is supposed to do except for letting us know what is happening...and if our only holding is telling him he CAN'T announce anything or it will destroy negotiations his hands are tied.
4. BKMP stock has seen no improvement in PPS in months. There is no bid, which means at present the stock cannot be sold for ANY PRICE. Numerous "test" sells at market have failed.
True. Blame the MMs... and this board for killing any purchases someone might want to make. If I was considering BKMP as a purchase and ran across the content of this board, I wouldn't buy either.
5. Attempts to get information about BKMP's new management have been fruitless.
True... but no information is not necessarily bad. You know what they say: "No news is good news."
6. Mr. Singjan has not issued a shareholder update.
Hopefully he will. Give him a chance instead of haranging the guy who is trying to figure out what is going on.
