The eSafe deal has been unwound. That leaves the company without active operations. The stock price trended down to the value of the shell over the past few days. Now there is upside activity in the shell's price. That tells me that there is some speculation on a reverse merger. It has nothing to do with pumping the stock. It has to do with understanding what makes shell prices expand and contract. (a shell is not a "fake company". It is just a company without any real operating business)

For example, PRGD is an empty OTCBB shell that traded as high as 3.50 last year on the speculation that a proposed merger would go through. When the deal never materialized, the stock traded back down again. FCCN traded towards a buck last year on speculation about the merger with Aero Exhaust.

We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth... For my part, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst; and to provide for it. --Patrick Henry, Patriot and Hero of the American Revolution
