Agree don't know if all the speculators have been driven from the market or what but peeps want strong money for their house, was in Vegas for thanksgiving, and the real decision that home buyers are grappleling with is do i pay for an old house or a new one, builders like toa have the advantage there on two fronts first they can cut prices lower than joe shmo will take for their house , also toa can spread the cost and secondly the amenities that are available in the new houses are just way better than what you might find in a 15-30yr old home even with a remodel.
