Some thoughts............



I once owned a company that underwent similar financing. The shares dropped like a rock, similar to ONGO. Granted, the dilution was horrible in the other case but not as bad as this has turned out to be. This is like an endless pit. It just never seems to stop. I was also thinking that if I had a random pick of 500 stocks to invest in a year ago, I don't think I could have picked out a worse investment than ONGO. This has to be one of the worst perfoming stocks of 2007.
