Of course, you are just speculating.

How so? Facts as we know them. FANC is a specialist that gets retained to liquidate insider's shares. FANC made a market in CPPC. During the time FANC made a market in CPPC the ask was ripped to $4 & then dumped on hard. FANC then left the market. My posts were in real time.

FANC: major S- 8 player: if there is an S- 8 on a Stock most likely he will be there on the ask until it dries up
