I bought this stock with the belief that Chapter 11 would be a viable solution to the current crisis. See my posting today on LEV to see what I think should be happening.
I've been watching SPF for some time and everyone seems to think it is in much worse shape than TOUSA, but the pps does not even come close.
I really think a BK filing would lift the pps. Maybe not that day but within a few weeks.
