OT-Intacs
Implanted in 2000. One eye is corrected to 20/15 the other one was 20/60 and it was replaced with the next thicker ring which improved things only marginally. But as I'm sure everyone will agree visual acuity is much more than the Snellen chart. Only after the surgery did my eyes become presbyopic and I'm happy I don't have to use reading glasses atm.

On a bright day my vision is nearly perfect at distance. On low light days or in some lighting environments I have some of the same visual aberrations that other procedures have (i.e. halo's around lights, smearing of objects, etc.)

Overall I'm reasonably satisfied but the thought of going back to contacts only marginally outweighs my happiness with the procedure.

PS I was told that if I have these visual problems with Intacs that having them removed, waiting 1 year (required) and then having laser surgery would likely result in similar problems.... No idea if this is true.
