Joanie, I agree, they should be able to give a fairly accurate estimate of when the mill will be ready for startup. Wayne Ash would be the one with the ability to give that estimate since he has had a long career in mining.
But in this case, there been some unpredictable circumstances. Much of the equipment required upgrading and overhauling, where they were dependent on outside vendors and service companies.
And, as with the problem with the ball mill motor, they have had unpredictable delays that can't be seen before hand.
But still, they should have been able to give a time estimate which included possible delays. Maybe they were told not to by their lawyers. Don't know.
