not good news i'm afraid. JACO attorneys filed a major complaint on November 13. Filed on Pacer on November 21. Claiming that all parties had agreed to a settlment until the 11th hour when Cornell stepped in and said they were not satisfied as the major creditor for NXNO. Cornell wants to litigate the matter. JACO's attorneys are asking for yet another extension before final discovery and commencement of a trial. No response from the judge yet.
