Fundraising for business development doesn't mean dilution - new investors (institutional as well) will looking for different possibilities and should be satisfied with one of specific deals by the company.

If you want to know how many shares HAVE (if any) hit the street, then call the TA. If you want to know how many shares ARE hitting the street, then call the CEO.

If ANY new shares DID hit the street, they hit right after the run up to .06. But that is speculation.

Again, what is important here is that there will be no fundraising until sometime in 2008.

The only shares you'll be buying in 2007 are shares from other investors that already hold.
