I think the BoD are in control of voting shares that we are not aware of. However, the fact that this is being kept quite (No PR)by management and the fact that the date is set when less shareholders would presumably be unavailable, seems that its not a done deal. IMO, they are counting on low participation.

The ebb and flow of the Atlantic tides, the drift of the continents, the very position of the sun along its ecliptic. THESE are just a FEW of the things I control in my world!
