For anyone new to the pinky game, please understand that a r/s is the kiss of death. Yes, it sounds like just less shares in your account, but the same value because each is worth more -- so you would have every reason to believe you are in the same situation you were pre-r/s. But that is not the case. Why? Because right now we are at rock bottom, so we can't go any lower and you can't lose any more money no matter how much the company dilutes. If we r/s, however, and the post-split price is .05 (for example), the company will just dilute all over again, and rather than be in the position you are now where losing more is impossible, you will be in a situation where they will dilute all the back to .0001 and you will barely have enough in your account for bus fare.

This is what happens with the almost every single r/s on the pinks.

Also, you likely will hear the company saying they are r/s to: (1) attract institutional (or big) investors; (2) be in a position to uplist; (3) increase shareholder value in long run and/or (4) have (imaginary) big deals in the works which require a reverse.

Well, you hear the exact same script every single time on the pinks, and about the only thing you ever see is more dilution and more lost money.

If you are new to this game, it is very important that you understand this.

Good luck to all.
