Every 10,000 invested is worth 125.00.This is management,BOD stating they are acting in the best interest of shareholders.They have no way to defend there actions.This would be a slam dunk for a class action lawsuit.In my opinion this would even be called fraud.Years ago you could get by doing this but not today.They put you in jail for outright fraud.No way for shareholders to recover there losses but it would break JF and he would lose everything he has.You can track the money trail.It takes time but it can be done.
