I believe an absolute audit of this scam is in order. I'm sure Phlemball has covered his tracks and did everything just legal enough, as not to raise any red flags to the SEC (like they care anyway).

Still wondering just how much of the $40+ million of the shareholders money he was able to skim off into his and his cohorts pockets with the 'reach for the sun to get to the moon' philosophy of racketeering... oops... i mean, "business".

Also, i wonder how much of that money is safely hidden over seas in the gamezntrix UK side of the equation.

I'm betting within a years time this scam will be shutdown or will shut it's own doors down.
