Ha, All up to you then. Cant give advise like that on a message board. Myself I am going to see how things pan out first. This is still early in the R/M. Sometimes these things take a little while to get started. But with that being said people who can short may miss an opportunity of a lifetime or could very well be a misfortune of a lifetime. But like I said, ATNO had a very similar situation and I got shafted. I didnt get my shares for over a month and when I did they were restricted and now the price isnt even worth selling. I can buy 10X the amount now at lower prices.


Note to self, dont buy a stock that just did a name change the day before a split. All the T/A's will be talking settlement periods, brokers will be denying shares, Co's will be siding with T/A's, DTC and Nasdaq wont be returning calls...... SEC wont do anything, FINRA wont do anything, etc.



I personally will have to go to court on my issue most likely but not before I write letters and email every single top executive at USAA. Someone is going to pay for the crap they pulled with me.
