Who did he sell them to? I would be interested to know who took on these series C convertibles with their voting rights. He sold them to somebody who either knows what they're doing or bought a bill of goods so to speak.

p.p.s. How do you go about doing your DD? I'm impressed starting with your rants a couple of months ago against Tom at which point I thought we're just irrational attacks brought on by a personal matter. Turns out you were mostly right about the direction of the stock then and have no reason to doubt you now. I would hope for something better for SWVC but the stink is becoming more and more like a dead mouse left in a corner for too long.
