What it means IMO is that Tom Pocketed 2.7M dollars raised by US shareholders. You see, he always had the C's, but nothing he could do with them until there was sufficiant Cash in the Register! I think the lights will be going out on this Penny before the lights are hung on the Cristmas Tree. Although as a Good Faith PR, he will probably mention that he is GIVING 200K of his Newly Aquired wealth to Continue the Expansion of SWVC. Will be interesting as to how he Fluffs His Way Outta this one. There have been Hundreds of Posts that said something to the effect that ---- "Tom would never sell us out by cashing in his "C" Stocks". Guess that idea just fell to the Wayside.
IMO there will be a Huge Dilution in the O/S Come Friday or Monday ( Depending on when Amy at Atlas gets the Update ) if the T/A is not Gagged.
