Another interesting point I have raised on the board is the fact that ONMC could have performed a reverse split LONG BEFORE entertaining a merger partner. They chose not to in order to preserve the share structure in place (which IMO is a very nice share structure) as well as to maintain some of the previous shareholders who had been holding for a long time (a few have posted on this board that they have been holding ONMC for years!!). I'm sure every once in a while some old shareholder looks into his account and sees that the stock he once thought was worthless is now gaining value rapidly. Some of these people may sell - but I believe a majority of the few that are left are going to become very faithful longs here. In fact I spoke to one previous shareholder who woke up one day to see his account value go from hundreds to thousands - and he has been accumulating more!! In any event, I am told there will be no change in this share structure and IMO maintaining this share structure while walking the stock up from pennies to quarters - is the main goal of the company.
