Great question, and I wish I knew the answer.......the company is clearly trying to illustrate that the value is there, the compliance with the obligatory requirements are there, and not so subtly indicating the market has still not priced this to true value..........

But only investors can dissuade the MMs from keeping it capped any more than they have already shown a penchant to do, by creating buying pressure.

When you think about some of the runs other plays have had with far less "ammo", I am amazed this play is not already 01+
