Secured credit..? Well a manufacturing firm has raw materials and WIP and manufactured inventory. It also has receivables..

So a secured credit with that type of industry is totally different. The WIP here is still in the ground. No equip assets as they are rented.. The diff is that unsecured common stock holders in manufacturing may get .10 to .60 on the $1 where here you would get zip..

not even worth the paper it is written on. I know- I use to be a corporate banker/lender before going into Investment Banking.

There is a difference - my years of credit training and lending tell me so
