I have read and rereak the PR and have come to a different conclusion than the sellers on this board have.

There is not one negative statement, rather a lot of positives:

1. Acquiring more land on the craton.
2. Has found the first Lamprophyre in Manitoba.
3. Is using the best available technology. This is not cheap.
4. Spending costs for exploration cost are .75 cents on the dollar
5.Second drill program is being undertaken.
6.If marketing trademarked diamonds on their website is ok by me if it generates cash flow.
7. OTC.BB underway.
8. I have no knowledge of a Trance. So no comment. However I do give Walter the benefit of the doubt.
9.Positive results in the Ukraine. The did find diamonds though small.
10.I cannot locate the press conference on the website. Has anyone seen it?
11. Self explanatory.
12.Last, but certainly not the least, one of our favorate people, Dan Heilman, has joined NSDM. I hace never heard a negative comment about Dan. If he is still smiling, that is good enough for this investor.

As some posted earlier, you have to read between the lines to get the full message.

I am finding it hard to believe the mass exodus from this company.
