Comment: Monday's close below Tuesday's Pivot Point of .1188 indicates negative bias, and continues to indicate a normal retracement. Monday's Higher Low suggests reversal support building. A HOLD remains the typical recommendation with the unconfirmed pattern displaying only a second lower High and a higher Low. Expected MSL bottom should be signaled by spike volume and bullish MM trade action on Level-II Bid. Today's buy threshold is below the expected Market Structure Low (MSL)3 swing point, and equates to the expected .099 breakaway Gap Fill. The projected Stop And Reverse (SAR) is indicated slightly below the Gap Fill (.0975). Expected reversal conditions exist with support indicated. The Fibonacci 50% retracement of the base leg has been recomputed based on the revised MSL1 on 11/02/2007 to be in the .1010 region, and very close to the breakaway gap fill of .0990 shown on 11/13/07. The extension target is in the .240-.278 region, which equates to the 01/05/07 and 03/08/07 prior highs near .25 per share.
