Kynetman, I have been following this deal from the begining. Here's what we've got. Last summer FLCR began meeting with legislatures to study an HRA for the state of KY. this came out in the Louisville paper so it's public knowledgde. The purpose of this Bill is to become part of the budget, I know that from my contacts at the Capital. In the meantime I have had reports of FLCR folks meeting with Personel Cabinet officials, with the Gov. pushing to get his agenda in place look for this to happen sooner than later. The adminisration is one branch of Gov.they operate, while the Legislative proposes and passes laws. Read this last part carefully, if you were FLCR and wanted to keep any competitors of balance,and had a lobbyist that played a role in writing the resolution, wouldn't that be a great ploy. One last thing the folks at the LRC which study proposed legislation have determined the an HRA can be implemented without legislation, got this from a FLCR rep. no big secret but a fact. The bottom line is this, the state is going into this HRA area FLCR is in the forefront, this same Rep. has told me in the past that Rep's in other states have been told by the state officials, if Ky. does it will give it a serious look, and the list goes into Fortune 500 companies, and others large cities.
