MNTA - I also lean toward partnering M118. Partnering would allow a much broader development program that would be good for MNTA. I had hoped that MNTA could do this on it's own from funding that mL would have provided if it were approved. That funding would have also allowed MNTA to expand other programs that now sit on the shelf for lack of funding.

Partnering M118 is not without complexity. NVS/Sandos should be a bidder. But they also could be ticked off if M118 went to another better bidder. M118 should be big enough to trigger competitive bidding.
