What!!!!! That is ridiculous, SWVC just started in July, what debt did it have? All the debt came from the KK “G” umbrella that Tom was obviously happy to pick up and play with. How come no one knew of the .005 and .001 debentures until now? These “G” companies are just one big SHELL game playing three card Monte with S/H money. Trying to keep my mouth shut as I have money in this I want to get back out, but it is hard to do when I read so much b/s.
